Which tools deliver HDR10 video?
Runway is the one vendor that names HDR10: Gen-4.5 renders are graded into BT.2020 with measured HDR10 metadata, delivered as HEVC Main 10 with PQ. It also lists HLG and a 12-bit PQ master. From 3 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.

2What it means for delivery
HDR10 is the PQ-based format most streaming platforms accept. YouTube asks for HDR uploads graded in Rec. 2020 with PQ or HLG, and the ITU sets the underlying parameters in BT.2100. Other vendors print HDR without naming the delivery format.
